Rallyd

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-06-08

What Rallyd is

Rallyd is a free, lightweight tool for coordinating group plans. You create a session link, share it with your group, and everyone votes on a time and place — no account required. By using Rallyd you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Rallyd is for legitimate social coordination. You agree not to use it to:

  • Harass, bully, or abuse other participants
  • Post illegal content in session names, vibe fields, or area fields
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
  • Use automated tools to create sessions at scale

Organizer responsibilities

The person who creates a session is its organizer. Organizers can lock the plan and remove participants. By creating a session, you take responsibility for ensuring it is used appropriately.

User-generated content

Any text you enter — session names, vibe descriptions, display names — is user-generated content. You retain responsibility for what you submit. We do not moderate content in real time, but we may remove sessions or block access if content violates these terms or applicable law.

To report abusive or illegal content, email feedback@getrallyd.com.

Service provided as-is

Rallyd is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rallyd after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
