How do I create a plan?
Hit the "Start a plan" form on the home page. Give your occasion a name, describe the vibe, drop a city, and set how far ahead you want to plan. Takes under a minute.
How does locking work?
Once the group has voted, the organizer (the person who created the link) can lock the plan. Locking picks the winning time slot and venue and prevents new members from joining. Everyone in the session can see the locked result.
Do I need an account?
No. Rallyd is entirely account-free. Your identity in a session is stored locally in your browser — just your display name and your votes. Nothing is tied to an email or password.
How do I share the link with my group?
After you create a plan, Rallyd gives you a unique link. Copy it and drop it wherever your group already talks — iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, wherever.
What if someone doesn't text?
On the plan page, under the invite link, tap "Email invite" to fire off a pre-filled email, or "Print invite" for a hand-out with the link and code on it. Handy for relatives who aren't in the group chat.
How many people can join a plan?
There's no hard cap, but Rallyd is built for real squads — it works best up to around 50 people. Past that the availability grid and vote board get noisy.
Does Rallyd work with a screen reader?
Yes. Buttons and controls are labelled, the flow is keyboard-navigable, and we respect your reduced-motion setting. If you hit a snag, email us — accessibility reports jump the queue.
How do I report a problem or abusive content?
Email us at feedback@getrallyd.com with as much detail as you can. We'll look into it promptly. Plan organizers can also remove a participant directly from the session.
